Srbo Radisavljevic, CFP® founded Strategic Edge Wealth Management, LLC (now KRD Wealth Management), in 2008 with the resolve to identify and implement today’s most innovative financial planning and investment strategies. From January 2011 to July 2015 he served as Managing Principal of Edge Portfolio Management in Northbrook, Ill. He then reopened Strategic Edge Wealth Management, LLC. With more than 20 years of experience, Srbo passionately strives to achieve and maintain financial peace of mind for clients by providing holistic financial planning services, including retirement planning, estate planning, investment allocation, and alternative investments.
Prior to founding Strategic Edge Wealth Management, LLC, Srbo was a Vice President and Senior Account Executive of the Private Access Group at Fidelity Investments in Highland Park, Ill. While at Fidelity, he provided investment advice to high net worth clients with a combined investment value of approximately $1.7 billion. In this position he provided investment solutions through the use of mutual funds, separate account money management, private placement, fixed income, and alternative investments.
Srbo is a designated CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™1 and Certified Exit Planning Advisor2. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and now lives in Norridge, IL, with his wife and their three children.

1. CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ or CFP® certification is granted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (“CFP Board”). Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university and three years of full-time personal financial planning experience. To receive CFP® certification, candidates must complete a CFP Board Registered Program or hold an accepted designation, degree or license; pass the CFP® Certification Examination; and agree to be bound by CFP Board’s Standards of Professional Conduct. In addition, a CFP® professional must complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years. More information about CFP® certification is available at https://www.cfp.net.
2. Certified Exit Planning Advisor ™ or CEPA® certification is a professional designation awarded by the Exit Planning Institute (EPI) to individuals who complete specialized training in business exit planning. The CEPA® designation requires candidates to typically have a relevant professional background in fields such as accounting, finance, law, or business consulting. While a bachelor’s degree is often required, the primary focus is on substantial professional experience. Candidates must complete a training program, pass an examination, and engage in continuing education to maintain the certification.
